I am very dedicated to the well being of our community and the people who reside here. My 20 year practice has been diverse in private practice, community acupuncture, homecare and ear acupuncture group volunteer programming and training. My next chapter includes a robust private practice I will continue education discovering ways to help the most deepest part of our nervous systems unravel.

Service work has always been a large component of my work. I am currently cofounding a new project called Recovery and Withdrawal Management Acupuncture Services, using ear acupuncture to treat people in crisis, trauma and support recovery. I will focus training colleagues to do this valuable work in our community so that we can offer foundation and bridge the current modality of treatment. We are only as strong as the most vulnerable our community. I deeply honor the land that which I work, live and play and all the people who reside here.

Cupping and bloodletting, and Master Tung Distal Points with Susan Johnston.
Aromatherapy and Qi gong with Jeffery Yuen. Bowen Therapy with Canadian Bowen Institute.
